Demo environment — these terms are illustrative placeholders.
1. The service
CentralPayz provides jewelry retailers a single point of submission for consumer financing applications across multiple participating lenders. CentralPayz is not a lender and does not itself extend credit; financing decisions are made solely by the participating lenders.
2. Dealer accounts
Dealers must provide accurate business information and keep their account credentials secure. CentralPayz may suspend accounts that submit fraudulent or misleading applications.
3. Customer data
Customer application data is used only to obtain financing offers from participating lenders, as described in our Privacy Policy. Dealers are responsible for obtaining customer consent before submitting an application.
4. Fees
Store subscriptions and per-transaction merchant fees are disclosed in the dealer agreement and at the time of each financing offer.
